KONALeashes Knot Leash
Now that I'm not a puppy anymore the hooman agreed that I needed a longer leash. It didn't hurt my argument that I broke the heckin cord on my retractable leash on our last hike. My 4 ft rope leash is fine, but it's not the cutest and it's starting to fray near the clip (probably because I like to carry it in my mouth while I'm walking my hooman).
This is the new Knot Leash the hooman got from KONALeashes. All KONALeashes are 100% handmade in the USA with high quality climbing rope and real climbing carabiners, + hoomans love the striking colors. This meant that it took a bit longer to get my leash than if the hooman bought one made by a robot in a factory. The 6 ft length is perfect for keeping my hooman close, but still giving her a bit of space to explore. If your hooman is taller than mine, or you just like a longer lead KONALeashes come in lots of lengths for all your hooman walking needs. The Knot Leash is light and thin enough to carry in my mouth while I walk my hooman around, and so far it's stood up to daily chewing, being dragged on the NYC sidewalk, park trips, and adventuring in the wilderness. I did leave some teeth marks on the rubber bits at the ends of the leash, but I haven't figured out how to rip or fray anything yet.
KONALeashes has an ever changing selection of colors and styles to choose from, whether you're in the market for a 4 ft leash with a small carabiner or a 10 ft leash with a larger, climbing grade carabiner or even a double walker leash they've got it. KONALeashes also makes pawsome paracord collars to match your leash and keep your pup looking fly. I don't wear a collar unless I'm outside, so the hooman keeps my collar attached to my Knot Leash all the time. The carabiner is so strong and durable, but it's not as quick to take on and off as a traditional collar clip. The threading is long, and it locks which means my hooman can't get away accidentally - I think this is worth the extra 1-2 seconds it takes to clip onto my collar.
My Knot Leash has become my go-to daily leash for walking my hooman around the city, going on hikes, and training. It's fantastic to be able to have 1 solid multi-purpose leash since I live in NYC and I don't always have the space to keep all the pawsome gear I want to buy. While KONALeashes cost a little more than the average nylon or fabric leash, my cost per use is much lower than if I had to keep 3 different leashes for all the things I do with my hooman. So far, my Knot Leash is well worth the price and you can click here for an extra $10 off at checkout!
If that's not enough, KONALeashes also supports animal shelters by donating 1 lb of dog food for every item sold!
